Date range (or "ongoing program") 3. Guest or attendance estimate 4. What you need run: concessions, alcohol/beverage, catering, staffing support, or a mix 5. Whether alcohol is on the program (TABC and local rules matter) 6. Who decides and how fast you need a reply Short is fine.
