JT Hospitality Group

You do not need another empty events calendar

You need to know whether an operator can run food and beverage when the gates open. This page is for venue, festival, fair, and municipal buyers evaluating that work. It is not a public "upcoming shows" list.

How JT Hospitality Group supports events

JT Hospitality Group runs hospitality operations for festivals, fairs, municipal events, and venue programs across DFW and Texas. The parent hub is where you start if you are hiring an operator, not shopping a single booth idea.

What that means in practice: someone owns the plan for volume, staffing, and compliance so your event team is not inventing F&B mid-week.

What kinds of events this is for

    Festivals, fairs, and municipal events

Turnkey or scoped food and beverage programs for public events are a core lane. If your city or organizer needs concessions and beverage handled as one program, that is the conversation. Local permits, health rules, and alcohol rules still sit with the organizers and the operator you hire. Ask early.

    Venue and complex events

Permanent and event-day concessions at arenas, halls, fieldhouses, and stadium-style sites are another lane. Featured venues named on the JT Hospitality Group site include places such as College Park Center, Dallas Market Hall, Curtis Culwell Center, Fieldhouse USA locations, The Cove at Lakefront, McKinney Baseball and Softball Association at Nesbit Park, Circuit of the Americas, and Cotton Bowl Stadium. Those names are site-stated examples of venues on the hub. They are not a promise that every date or contract is open for new work.

    Catering and special events

Catering and special-event hospitality sit alongside concessions when the brief calls for plated or hosted service instead of (or in addition to) stand sales.

    Event operations and staffing support

Staffing and ops support matter when the menu is not the hard part. Peak windows and alcohol service are where thin crews break first.

What we do not do on this page

We do not list consumer ticketed shows here. We do not invent package names or prices. If you need a brand concept deep-dive (Longhorn Liquid Catering, Ted E's Kitchen, Boo Boo's Lemonade, and other brands listed on the hub), use those learn-more links. Operator hiring stays with JT Hospitality Group.

A short buyer checklist before you reach out

    1. Event type: festival, fair, municipal, venue game-day, corporate, other
    2. City and dates
    3. Expected attendance band
    4. Alcohol on or off
    5. Who holds the permit and who holds the TABC responsibility
    6. What "success" means for you: speed of service, revenue share conversation, risk off your staff, or all three

If you cannot answer those, you are not ready to compare operators yet. That is fine. Get the answers first.

    FAQ

Why is there no calendar of upcoming events?

This page is for buyers hiring operations. A public "no upcoming events" calendar does not help that decision. Contact us with your brief instead.

Do you only do McKinney events?

No. HQ is McKinney. Work is framed DFW and Texas-wide.

Can you run beer and beverage only?

Beverage operations and alcohol programs are an allowed service lane. Bring your alcohol rules and expected volume when you inquire.
